In collaboration with M.A Estudio in Mexico City. Melissa Avila is a multidisciplinary artist from Tijuana, Mexico living in Mexico City. She is a photographer and workshop facilitator in experimental drawing and image. Her studio is a medley of her epic works and other artisans from around Mexico. She is interested in establishing relationships that expand and activate creative fields and work methods based on tradition, local knowledge, and the intersection of personal and collaborative work.

The Seeker delivers a unique take on a classic slip-on, seamlessly blending a minimalist profile with on-the-go functionality.

  • Upper: Cotton/Recycled Polyester Canvas
  • Insole: Natural Cork and Recycled PU Foam
  • Midsole: Braided Hemp Detail
  • Outsole: Natural Rubber

Our slip-ons are true to size.

If you wear a half size or have a wider foot, we recommend rounding up to the next size. For example, if you wear US 8.5, your best fit is likely a 9.

If you have any questions or concerns about sizing, please send us an email.

If the fabric upper or hemp rope becomes dirty, brush off the excess dirt, wipe with a damp cloth, and pat dry.

Try to avoid direct contact with water, however, we don't want to stop you from having fun! If they do happen to get wet, a simple air dry will do the trick!

these are weird - but that's kind of the point

Within minutes of taking these public, I received comments. People like them, because they aren't something they see every day. They are also EXTREMELY comfortable. I contemplated the purchase for over a year before I bought them. I shouldn't have waited - they are the real deal.
