Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

Patara offers Free Economy shipping on all domestic orders over $150 and ships anywhere in the United States, not including the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico. All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours Monday – Friday, 9 am – 3pm PST. Orders confirmed before 11:30am Pacific Standard Time usually ship out same day. Order received after 11:30am Pacific Standard Time will ship out the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping times are not guaranteed and could result in delays out of our control. Delays do not warrant a refund in shipping costs. Once an order has been placed we may not be able to cancel orders or edit addresses. We are not responsible for any immediate refunds or incorrect information when the order was placed. If you are shipping to a PO Box within the United States, your order will be routed with USPS.

Pre Orders: 

Items ordered as a Pre Order have an estimated ship time. While we try to be conservative with these ship times, delays do happen and we do not guarantee any delivery times. These orders do not warrant refunds for shipping. We are able to cancel these orders if they do not meet your needed delivery dates up until the order is packed and label printed. Once an order is shipped we are unable to cancel it. 

Order Tracking:

You should receive an email when your order is shipped out containing your tracking number.

Shipping Rates:

Patara offers free shipping standard shipping on all domestic orders in the United States over $150. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Shipping costs are a sunk cost and will not be refunded in the event of a return or an order already shipped. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Package protection is defaulted on all orders at checkout unless manually deselected. Package protection protects against lost or stolen packages but does not cover orders shipped to the wrong address. If you deselect package protection and your package is lost or stolen, Patara is not responsible to replace the product or refund payment once it is with the carrier and we have a delivery confirmation.

Invalid Address: 

Once an order is place, there is no guarantee we can change the address, even if this is right after an order is placed. Any shoes shipped to an invalid address provided by the customer that results in a "Return to sender" will result in shipping costs being deducted from the customer for any re-shipment or refund. Refunds can't be given for orders that were sent to a wrong address and can't be located.

Once an order is placed, we can not guarantee an address change will be made in time before it ships given our customer service queue. 

International Shipping Duties: 

Packages will have the an estimated value for customs and please be aware that there can be duties responsible to the customer for import.
